Manager of Provider Enrollment at PBC and ProCred, Barbara has over 30 years of experience working in the healthcare industry.  Her experience includes expertise in: practice management, billing, credentialing, EMR/PM System implementation, and client services. Early on in her career, Barbara established her own successful company that provided medical billing services, credentialing, and collections to multiple physician practices. Ms. Walter’s knowledge and expertise has allowed her to work with variety of facilities, including:  large health organizations, medical groups, laboratories, surgery centers, and private practices.  She has been instrumental in streamlining PBC’s operations, as well as integrating more technology into PBC’s departments.  Ms. Walter’s work at PBC has resulted in an increase in efficiency and client revenues.  Under Barbara’s leadership PBC transformed its provider enrollment department into an independent business, ProCred LLC. ProCred now proudly serves clients in 27 states, and is rapidly expanding.  Additionally, Barbara leads our PBC Speaker Program to educate providers about the effects of provider enrollment on revenue, and serves as the chief salesperson for this line of business.
